What is included when i book la Tabla?
Each booking included our beautifully designed cart, a custom styled setup tailored to your guest count and a personal server for 2 hours to assist with setup, guest engagement and light upkeep during your event.
Do you stay and serve throughout the event?
Yes. Your La Tabla experience includes a dedicated host who remains on site to ensure everything runs smoothly. We descreetly keep things replenished, tidy and styled – so you can focus on hosting while we handle the details.
Can the cart be setup at home or at a private venue?
Our cart is compact and foldable, making it ideal for living rooms, patios, gardens, studios and event spaces. All we need is a flat surface and enough space to move around comfortably.
What kind of event is la Tabla best suited for?
La Tabla is perfect for birthdays, bridal showers,
baby showers, brand launches, intimate weddings, pop-ups
and stylish home entertaining. If you love to host – we’re
your kind of catering.
Do you cater for vegetarian or Allergen-sensitive diets?
We do! We offer vegetarian friendly menus upon request.
While we take care with allergens, our food is prepared in a
shared facility and may contain traces of nuts, gluten and
dairy. Please notify us atleast 7 days in advance of any
dietary needs.
How long does setup take?
We typically arrive 45 minutes ahead of your event to
ensure the cart is beautifully styled and ready to impress.
Terms and Conditions
Booking confirmation
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Th remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date.
Bookings are only secured once proof of deposit is received.
Cancelations & refund policy
Cancelations made within 7 days of your event will be charged 100% of the total fee due to pre-purchased ingredients, prep time and reserved labour.
In the rare case that La Tabla must cancel due to illness, emergency or unforseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or your date rescheduled.
Venue requirements
Client must ensure there is safe, accessible parking and a flat, shaded surface for setup.
If setup is delayed due to restricted venue access or lack of setup space, additional setup fees may apply.
Travel policy
Events within 15 km of central Centurion are
included in package.
Additional charges of R3.00 per km will apply for travel
beyond the included radius.
For long distance bookings (outside Gauteng),
accommodation and travel fees will be quoted separately.
Food safety and allergens
Our ingredients are handled with care and in accordance
with food safety guidelines.
Our cart may contain allergens such as dairy, gluten,
tree nuts, seeds and meat.
It is the client’s responsibility to notify La Tabla of any
dietary restrictions or allergies no later than 7 days before
the event.
La Tabla is not liable for any allergic reactions where
information was not provided.
